Fly Fishing Experiences & Guiding

If an exciting fly fishing trip is what you're after as a group or on your own, or if you are booking a holiday and want a relaxing retreat or activity during your break, then a fly fishing experience will be ideal for you. 

We specialise in taking beginners for that first fly fishing experience, we do your hotel, your travel, we show you history, wildlife, we teach you to fish, then, we get you into your waders and into the middle of the river to switch off and relax. 

We create short breaks for couples and individuals who come from all over the uk, including many international clients and celebrities from all over the world. We make sure everyone gets the full treatment and a bespoke service.

Your Fly Fishing Experience

On these days I become your personal guide, instructor and host. I am there to ensure you catch fish by helping you with the correct fly fishing methods and styles, improving your fly casting if necessary, and learning how to read the water and match the hatch to increase your chances of catching. I am also there to make sure you enjoy your day out and get to see some of the greatest surroundings the area has to offer. It will be a truly unforgetable fly fishing experience.
I will provide high quality fly fishing equipment if necessary, on request.

Guided Fly Fishing

Guided fly fishing days are for experienced fly fishers. If a days guiding is what you're after on a river or lake, or if you're on a holiday and want a days fly fishing while here in Yorkshire, then a guided fly fishing day will be ideal for you. We will provide any travel requirements you request, and supply any equipment needed for the day, including waders. 

Prices are based on half or full days, and are quoted on enquiry.

Along The Way

We have always found Yorkshire sells itself with its incredible wildlife, kingfishers, dippers, and otters are commonplace. The rolling landscape of the Yorkshire Dales includes stunning abbeys such as Jervaulx and Bolton Abbey surrounded by miles of dry-stone walls.  We have it all in God's own country.  

We also work with some of the best hotels, country pubs, self catering cottages and bed and breakfasts in Yorkshire and Co Durham, and we can provide or organise any travel requirements you may need. I have a saying that I live by in my company which is 'service is everything'.
